"First Monday" Canton, Texas
(July 3rd, 4th & 5th, 2008)
This was our very first event. Lynn did an incredible job of building our display. He started with 4 sheets of plywood 4'X8' and cut them down to 4'X7 1/2', then used hinges and bolts to hold them together. He then covered the plywood sheets with indoor/outdoor carpet and we used Velcro to attatch the banners and prints. We were in heavy production for this event and did 3 months work in 3 weeks! We want to thank Multi Print in Tulsa, OK for their incredible work and guidance, and Schellye for the beautiful banners!
We met some great people and will carry the memories with us forever. Dave & Debra, thank you so much for buying the complete set and my treble clef picture. I hope you enjoy them. Keep teaching music to our youth! Music is God's universal language! Alvin, wherever you are, we hope to see you again soon. Caroline and Pam those were the very best BLT's we have ever eaten! Joe, thanks for sharing your Taylor guitar and songs with us. Howard, your frames are amazing as well as your woodworking skills! Rene we love the tie dye shirt and dress. Lovely work! Mike, thank you for allowing us to park the truck in your way and the Pot's on a stick are such a great invention. Thank you Donna for your friendship and encouragement. To all who came and visited with us, we remember you. Santa Christ, you and your beautiful family were a blessing. Holly for your support and feeding us the first night. You are the best! Mom, what can we say, you are our Angel here on Earth! We love you very very much!
